The staff here are absolutely wonderful, from the General Manager to all of the staff I've interacted with. They are kind, helpful, and very welcoming to everyone. My career is in customer service, and these people are some of the best I've experienced, in any industry.
The manager and the staff were super nice and accommodating, and the place was very sweet and it was a good location near downtown. It was a good environment and it was a very nice stay!
I woke up on the sound of woman Screaming at her child in the hallway. The bathroom had hair on the walls. The breakfast was just a cereal bar. Kids were playing in the hallways. A man had a large black dog.
Good things: front office equipe was friendly. There was security on the floors.

This is a no-frills hotel chain, so we were prepared for the lack of amenities. We were only there for one night, and it was fine. This was a last minute reservation, and we felt the value for the price was adequate. The location was good for our purposes, easy in and out, not too far from freeway. Despite looking like a hide-a-bed, the bed was actually comfortable. Shower was hot, though the faucet did have a steady drip after shut-off.
Staff were amicable. Quick check in / check out. Room was clean, little musty. Shower needs some TLC. Located in a fairly decent place with access to amenities and stores within few min drive. Plenty of parking in the lot, secured by gate.
Please rethink staying at this hotel, it is part of some sort of housing program. There are homeless people wandering around everywhere. The place has a very distinct smell. it should be somehow advertised that this hotel is part of some housing program. These people are obviously here for the long-haul. They have lights in the windows their animals are there kids are there they have made themselves comfortable.
If you’re looking for cleanliness, comfort, safety, go somewhere else
Located downtown SJ on outskirt. VTA light rail across the street. Close easy access to 3 freeways (880 101 87). Park across the street and only 3 blocks away.
Dogs allowed, close to Reed Street off leash dog park. Close to airport.
Friendly staff from managrment to nite time security. I am temporary "living" here and feel at home. They supply all the basic Necessities for your kitchen and living pots pans ect..Jonathan, nite security, very polite. As a sibgle female I feel safe here even coming ho.e late after work.

Room smells old , hot water didn't work we had to leave and the building is smelly like homeless kind off , not recommended but the front desk is very helpful and nice
Checked in at 6pm and there was no one at the front desk to help me for 45 min, the security guard had to call someone. The hotel description claims free breakfast which is a lie. They had no coffee but gave me directions to the local 7-11. The area is a ghetto, lost of homeless people around and the hotel gets the overflow of homeless at night. Skip this greedy corporate dive!
The room has MOLD! This property should be shut down for health and safety . We stayed at the third floor , I never imagined they would rent this property.
