"It was nice that the hotel has security. It was very disappointing that the bathroom of our hotel room was dirty upon check in. There was hair in the shower and stains on the wall. The room had a strange smell to it. We discovered later that this was because of the shower. It did not drain well so much so that the water covered our feet in the shower. Maintenance came and said the problem was fixed while we were heading out for the day. We came back and the carpet outside of the bathroom was soaked and the room smelled of mildew. We were moved to a different room upon request. This was our last night. Pretty disappointing stay for a Hilton"

"Amazing staff at reception specially Claire, Gabe and a few others who've been very helpful, accomodating, and always aimed to please guests. Beautiful lobby with several sections set up with comfy lounges, and tables and chairs. "

"Nice hotel but area is sketchy. It’s in downtown SF and is surrounded by homeless people. Also beware of $75 per night for parking as they only have valet parking available no parking structure or parking lot. "

"Sparse continental breakfast but adequate for a quick bite. Nice staff. Safe parking. Quiet. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner for my taste but not bad. What I expected for the price. "

"For the cost of the breakfast I would have liked to have a bigger spread. The limited menu was not worth the price tag. "
