"Clean room; staff helpful with questions that I had. The Market was not kept stocked - low or out on items I had hoped to find when we were ready to leave.'Breakfast was ok but the potatoes were dry. and would have liked to have a selection of meat choices to include bacon. Otherwise for our stay , served the purpose."

"Hotel is in a great location and staff is great! They were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and ready for my family. "

"The hotel was absolutely stunning. My only complaint was that after I got in late on Sunday night after two connecting flights from Toronto, I settled into my room only to figure out an hour later that the AC was simply not working. A maintenance person came up and declared it unfixable so, close to midnight, I had to transfer to a new room which was a pretty big hassle. This was compounded by the fact that I had to be switched on early on Monday for the conference I was attending. The new room was also lacking a coffee maker, making Monday AM harder than it shoulud have been!"

"Pool was small and not enough seating"

"I left my room at 10am and I didn’t get housekeeping. They ate lazy and have no staff after 3 only front desk. When I arrived had 3 towels and no toilet paper. I had to go downstairs to get it. Pool was not clean as it had leaves floating all around."

"Great location with easy access to the River Walk. Breakfast, dinner, and free drinks are a big plus. Polite staff. 😁"

"When I got checked into my room the restroom were dirty the floor was dirty not mop and I found someone dirty sock by the windows the room floors looked liked they were not cleaned either and my kids room dirty as well not staying there again "
