"It’s a busy place! Wifi on and off. Pool was good and although I don’t really care there was no swim up bar as advertised. Bathrooms need updating but ok. All in all nothing spectacular but acceptable. "

"Airport shuttle comes every half hour, and the staff from the airport was very helpful in directing people where to go. Nice big clean room. The only thing I was super disappointed in was the pool. The pool is the smallest pool I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Good thing we were able to use the pool at the sister hotel, Double Tree, which was much nicer. All in all, it was a good experience "

"The best hotel breakfast ever! Raul (I hope I am getting his name correct) was making balloon animals for all the kids and brought my daughter a banana plate with her name on the banana which had been cut and displayed as a dolphin. He also brought us a variety of local fruits to try. An unexpected gift for an airport hotel and a great introduction to Costa Rica."
