"We loved this hotel and gave it 5 stars as the food was excellent, lovely cocktails, and best of all was the large pool and spacious grounds. There was an abundance of sunbeds in sun and shady areas and you could always find some at any time of the day. No sun bed wars early in the morning as no towels on beds before 9am was a massive bonus.
We went all inclusive but the drinks and lunches at the pool bar were reasonable if we had booked a different board basis.
The rooms were cleaned daily and...

"I got scammed by the receptionist they got extra 250 euro to get a sea view room although my reservation was a sea view but they offer only first floor “ which is garden view “ also I got enforced to pay 18 euros everyday day for the parking .
Room service and receptionist is worthless imagine being in hotels and they close the phone in your number so you can’t call the receptionist if you need something you need to get out of your room and go to the receptionist

"Hotel is in a nice location, but it is not maintained well. We stayed at a bungalow and the yard was overgrown and the AC did not work well. Pools were nice and staff was nice. Their parent hotel right across allows you to go to the pool, normally after 6pm: but you can go before too. Parking is 18 euro per night, and you must return the garage key to get $50deposit back"

"The hotel itself is nicely maintained and clean and has a beautiful pool. Our room was as described.
My critique is that the hotel advertised onsite parking and when we arrived we were told that there were only 10 spaces available for the whole building and that unless you drive a compact or sub compact you can’t access them. Parking around the building is “free” but absolutely jammed with cars parked legally and illegally.

"We booked this hotel as it was close to the ferry and it had parking. We travelled in May and paid for a room with a view of the cathedral. We arrived 1 hour before official check in so our room wasn’t ready, which we expected. However, if we wanted to pay for an upgrade we could have a room there and then! "Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something. More self service would be better in my opinion rather than waiting for staff to get it.
