"It was easy and fast to check in, and it was quiet the whole night"

"Bedding was dirty, they gave me new sheets and those were dirty and stained as well. I had to change the bedding myself at that. Seen that the door was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, they said we couldn’t change rooms being that they didn’t have anymore. I had a two day stay and they didn’t bother to come in and clean the room, there was no DND sign on the door or nothing so I was confused. I would never book a LaQuinta ever again. Poor poor property ! "

"The breakfast was not worth eating but in a pinch it would suffice to keep you alive. As for the hotel itself, it needs some updating, cleaning but not terrible, just not up to standards you would expect. The staff however was great. They had some issues at check-in due to system, but managed everyone well, and throughout the visit, they were warm, friendly and always quick to be supportive and cheerful."

"First of all, I get really anxious about booking a hotel. I'm fearful of making a reservation and, upon arrival, the property might be in terrible condition or the room will not meet my expectations of cleanliness. I am ecstatic to say that this Embassy Suites EXCEEDED my expectations! The hotel appears to be in great shape. It has a nice lobby, bar and pool area. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I will make is to have some kind of single use, inexpensive ice scoop for the ice bucket in the room. Comfortable beds. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The staff does an excellent job of keeping the buffet stocked, as well as clearing away the dirty dishes from the tables. I will definitely book this Embassy Suites for my next trip to the Dallas area. "

"This hotel is clean and you have control of an individual thermostat. They have stand up showers with sliding glass doors. My experience with the staff was exceptional.(especially Maddy)"
