"I was disappointed with our stay,because the air conditioning not working.The room is directly to sun even the windows are open or fan is on still very warm and especially during the night is very uncomfortable.I informed the staff but the issue was not resolved during our stay for 3 nights."

"Got in very late and had to wait for security to let us in. Self check in was fine. Room just felt dated and in need of a good clean. Good location to the train station. Went out in the morning and came back room. Key card didn't work. Had to go back down to reception. Back up again. Still didn't work. Back down again. This wouldn't have been an issue but we were on the 7th floor with two dodgy lifts. Waiting ages for the lift's to come and stopped at every floor with staff trying to get in with trolleys of sheets and cleaning items."

"Excellent hotel for price range. Staff at desk were helpful but not forthcoming with what you got with the room. Had to ask about the free drinks voucher and the travel cards. Apart from that for the price is was a great hotel. Bright,airy and clean. Good location to the train station and an easy walk to the old town."
