"Excellent staff in reception and excellent food in the restaurant. We will certainly return. Negatives: just a personal preference for harder pillows. The room is slightly small, little space around the bed. The coffee machine and kettle too high for us, short people!!!"

"Très bon petit déjeuner varié, chambre poussiéreuse, taie d'oreiller trouée, rideau déchiré, coulisses sur les murs. La personne au check-in nous a mal informé sur les avantages de la carte Guess city card, nous avons payé pour des transports qui auraient dû être gratuits. Excellente localisation pour la gare."

"The hotel itself was clean and ultra modern and the room was lovely. It is situated just outside of Salzburg, but the bus is easy to get to within a few minutes walk and takes you straight into the town centre. The only downsides are that there is nothing much in walking distance if you fancy a snack or to get some drinks. Ideally, it would be great if the hotel had a small shop to get these items or even a vending machine. The bar/ restaurant is closed after breakfast on a Sunday and Monday which is a bit strange and does not help the situation. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel."

"Our recent stay at the Hyperion was incredible! The room was very clean, staff was helpful and attentive. When the turn down service came by and realized the mini bar had not been restocked, he right away left and came back with the necessary items we requested! The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Breakfast from the hotel restaurant had a wonderful street view and the variety and selection of food and beverages available were delicious. Perfect way to start each busy day! Location was great too! Close walk to the old city and easy to navigate the streets. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again ourselves!"

"The stay at Sacher was a wonderful experience. The staff were attentive in all service areas.. The building is in a fantastic location overlooking the old town and on the river Check in was delayed so we were offered a drink on the house while we waited in the beautiful bar. The hotel food is second to none . Breakfast although buffet style was full of choice to suit all needs. Eggs came to the table direct from the kitchen. Lovely and warm . Fine dining in the restaurant was a great experience We had the tasting menu and it was fabulous. The restaurant staff gave lots of info about the source of food and it's relevance to the city . As it was my birthday the staff supplied additional hand made chocolate and cake. Nothing was too much trouble . The room was so comfortable. Free mini bar in the room . Lovely toiletries and quality towels robes and bedding . The beds were turned down at night . We had a wonderful restful sleep and a result. Thanks to all at the Sacher hotel Salzburg.. ."
