"Great location, beautiful hotel with gorgeous views, rooms with sea view are spacious. Beds are comfortable.
Spa leaves a lot to be desired. Very small facility, unimpressive and could be cleaner and improved. Treatments, on the other hand, are great.
Staff was very friendly
Breakfast is wonderful
What was disappointing is that notwithstanding multiple requests through the app and through reception for a bath robe and slippers, none were provided after multiple reminders."

"Prefect location for exploring Old Port and the rest of Marseille. I had a room with a view of the harbor and Norte Dame cathedral; truly a room with a view. The hotel is older and showing its age in the dated red carpets, however, it is clean and well maintained. Has a nice lounge area and an outdoor cafe. The main reason to stay here is the location and views. Across the street are the boats that take you to Chateau d’If and the Calanque coastline; Calanque is definitely worthwhile trip. ...

"disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor the moment I walked in, which made it very uncomfortable. Basic amenities were missing — there were no cups, no tea bags, and no setup for making a hot drink, which I expected as standard.
The lobby also needs serious attention. The furniture is old, worn out, and not properly cleaned, giving a poor first impression as soon as you enter the property. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and the hotel needs...
