"Arrived at night and the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but, upon getting checked in and hearing the sound of the water, everything was all good. Room was very nice. We had room #7 and you stepped out of the door and you were literally like 10 feet away from the beach - couldn't have been happier. Nice high ceiling with a ceiling fan. "I had an enjoyable stay there. It's at a great location, about a 5-10 minute taxi ride from the airport and 15 minutes taxi ride to philipsburg. Really close to the beach and a lot of good food joints around. Very well maintained room, and hospitable staff, especially the front desk. Shanae was great, from the moment we checked-in to the moment we left as she arranged the taxi to take us to the airport. I highly recommend this place!"

The ones at the bar were not so nice did not want to assist much we were sitting by the pool and ordered they told us they not coming over there we would have to back over for our drinks which I thought was crazy .went early in the morning there was one guy in a blue shirt we try to get information about calling a taxi he brush us off like nobody’s the housekeeping was very polite ."

"The rooms are great and very spacious, the pool is so cute , breakfast is good . Reception staff Carla was very helpful and adorable but another lady we met the next day was not as friendly and definitely glad we got greeted by Carla and not that lady . Just know that the beach is full of seaweed and hard to even get into the water and the odor makes it hard to stay . We drove to the Dutch side for better beaches but still loved the hotel . Cleaning staff was always sweet and did an amazing job...

"Easy to access beach and strip to walk. Perfectly located close to airport for beautiful each picture and plane landing attractions. Staff wasn’t very nice but just brushed it off as they may have been pulling a long shift, but it seemed that’s was the overall experience with rude employees so I’m deducting 2 stars. Room was nice basic for what you need to do."

"We arrived around 4pm and were checked in immediately. My room was very clean. Had a 1BR unit and It was surprisingly large. The mattress was very comfortable. It was a very charming unit. Had a fully equipped kitchen. Had breakfast the next morning in the restaurant and It was very good. "Grand Case Beach Club is a fantastic place to stay. The beach is beautiful, well-maintained, and one of the calmer beaches on the island. I traveled with my older mother, who is nervous around large waves, and she found the water very calm, approachable, and easy to enjoy. The staff were also responsive and helpful.
