"Loved the location and the room"

"Very conveniently located by restaurants, shopping and Bayside tours. Quick and easy check-in. Room is run off the iPad which was cute and easy however we could never change the temperature in our room for some reason. The room is a little small however, it’s cute and clean. The rooftop pool was nice. You do have to schedule your daily room maintenance on the iPad too otherwise your room will never be cleaned. "

"Great location, close to Port of Miami, Bayside right across the street. Elevators are slow so if staying on higher floor at peak times you might have to wait. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to cruise port available to purchase. "

"Room was average with no real character and the bathroom had curtains at the entry, instead of a door, which is something I've not seen before in a hotel. In addition, the curtain were stained and dirty. The bar experience on the 3rd floor lacked energy and an aesthetic and the lower level bar/restaurant was not operational. The hotel is may be 3 star...definitely not 4 star."

"The rooms are a little weird with the bathroom being part of the room with only frosted glass encasing it. The bed wasn’t that great as it seemed comparable to a sofa bed. The floor in my room was filthy. I didn’t like the service fees on everything- felt nickeled and dimed. The resort fee was also disappointing, pool usage, WiFi, fitness equipment, etc should just be included. I was given a coupon for a free welcome drink but the only choice was a piña colada made with peanut butter whiskey. Surprisingly, it was pretty tasty. The staff were friendly and the pool area was nice. The location is also convenient. "

"New staple hotel when in Miami. Everything was walking distance, kind and helpful staff, luxurious and private, although it's in downtown and there's awesome vibes all around it was still quiet and peaceful in the rooms, overall 10/10 experience "
