Cosy B&B stay

Clean, quiet B&B in a large house near the river. Nice home-style breakfast of chocolate scone, yogurt with berries, different cheeses and coffee. Clean bathroom was shared, but not a problem for either space or time. Easy parking. Nice nearby restaurants. Nice host.

A warm and welcoming auberge

This little hostel offers a warm touch of home. A home away from home, the welcoming couple that operates the auberge also cooks a wonderful breakfast. We were presented with lovely French toast with cheese and berries on the side. If you’re looking for an alternative to a motel/hotel, this is an excellent option.

This is a lovely house in a quiet town very close to the water. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The host was genial and prepared a generous and delicious breakfast for all the guests. One thing to note is that there are five rooms and only one has a private bathroom. The other four rooms have to share a communal bathroom. There is a WC on the ground floor.

Warm greeting upon arrival. The auberge is very clean. Guests can use the common living room & the outside deck with hot tub. Our room was very charming with updated decor. Plenty of free off-street parking. Easy walking to many restaurants. Note: some restaurants are closed Tuesdays. The proprietor is very accommodating and speaks English and kindly understood our halting ability to converse in French. The upstairs bedrooms do all share the one full-sized washroom. Overall, a very pleasant stay! Thank you.

This property was very clean and safe. The bed was not comfortable and only one rockingchair to sit and it didn't even have a cushion in it. No private bathroom abd we could hear noises from other rooms and from the bathroom. Not many amenities in the bathroom. For the price, it was fair.
