"Les tapis devraient être retirés. Lorsque j'ai téléphoné pour une chambre a mobilité réduite, on m'a dit que c'était possible. Rendu sur place ,le seul accès est qu'il n'y a pas de marche pour l'accueil et que la chambre est au premier plancher. Aucune barre d'appuis dans la chambre de bain. Comme la douche est à même le bain, difficile pour une personne à mobilité réduite, aucune aide comme chaise de douche ou autre n'a été offerte. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine et de déjeuner inclus sauf...

I miss the lovely drink machine everyday because that was truly the greatest amenity there, the lattes and other espresso drinks were delicious everytime, along with the juice machine. The hotel room was clean with sufficient towels, cups and outlets. The elevator was very fast and there were never any problems. 12/10 stay, would return."

"La chambre sous le toit au 4iè étage avait un charme particulier, avec ses poutres en évidence et fenêtres avec vue sur le château Frontenac! À éviter pour les très grandes personnes ou corpulents. Le personnel est attentionné et était très désolé que notre chambre ne soit pas prête lors de notre arrivée, dû aux passagers d'une croisière qui ne respectait pas l'heure du check-out qui est quand même à midi, ce qui est très apprécié. L'hôtel est superbement situé dans une rue piétonne à distance...

"Would definately stay again. Couple of very small issues. Not the fault of the hotel but major construction taking place all around the hotel and general vicinity, made getting around somewhat more difficult. Used on site laundry, thought 8 dollar flat fee was a little much but it was convenient."

"Out of the 4 days, my room was only cleaned once despite my requests for it to be cleaned. And when I tried to ask for a partial refund for the 3 days the room was not cleaned, the hotel manager was rude and unprofessional and refused to print the final bill for me. Basically, both the hotel manager and Expedia gave me the runaround and neither party was willing to take responsibility and provide the refund - the hotel said Expedia should provide the refund and Expedia said the hotel should."
