"The Hotel was at the perfect location for Busch Gardens! While on the shuttle we realized that we left our daughter’s stroller. We asked to be taken back to the hotel to grab it and it was no problem for the driver! Had the best time"

"The property was not so bad but for 7 days the elevator did not work most days the cards were deactivated several times and you had to go back down and up stairs to reactivate them, very bad smell in the corridors, I booked for 2 adults and a child they only gave me a large towel, I don't know what the water came out of the shower like slime. Seriously, I wouldn't go back"

"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast included options were varied and good. There was a lot of parking space."

"The rooms were clean but the flooring in our room has pieces missing so I did catch my shoe on it . Outside grounds by the pool very nice, pool clean. Continental bkft included waffle, bagels, small danish, juice, cereal/milk. There is a small exercise room and a laundry room, $2 for a wash and $2 for a dryer. Check in desk open ,24 hrs and sells some snacks and ice cream . Hotel is close to Tampa Port and 15 mins from Tampa airport, there is a shuttle. Plenty of restaurants and fast food in the area. On a bad note, the hotel could use new carpets and better flushing toilets! Carpet in hallways has bad stains on it. Hallways often smell of Marijuana. Hotel area has a lot of homeless people in the area but they didn't approach my friend or myself for anything. The hotel's staff are quite friendly. Smokers have shaded areas for smoking in the back area near the pool. Towels are available at the pool if needed."

"Very nice hotel. One night stay for business. Did not want to be in inner city bustle/traffic of downtown but this hotel was close enough for a quick ride in. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Pool, room quality and breakfast all met expectations. I would stay again."
