"This is a poor excuse for a Fairmont and it's isolated so you need a vehicle or taxis to go anywhere. Staff who fail do not appear to suffer any consequences. The hotel has three beautiful rooms but none of them were in use. It's really difficult to access the spa so prople with disabilities beware. Our room was the smallest we've ever had a Fairmont and its location was singularly inconvenient. Thee were only two places to eat and nothing nearby. Some staff were wonderful but too many were...

"Overall a good stay. The cleaner came in early in the morning while we were in the room- that was a little weird. She didn't even acknowledge us she just looked at us then left. We had some trouble with the toilet flush- it was quite old and seemed like cistern trouble over user error. I mentioned this on check out and they logged it for maintenance. The restaurant was excellent- good service, good prices, good atmosphere. The pool was an experience- I didn't know you have to wear swim caps...

"I arrived early but was able to check in as my room was ready. The young lady on reception was excellent and showed me where I could park my motorcycle. The hotel uses a barrier and ticket system you have to pay €10 for parking overnight. Room was great although the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. I ate at the hotel in the evening, food and staff was as expected and as with other places in Ireland I had a blackcurrant squash for free. "

"Nice corporate hotel - breakfast ok but all deep fried - CAR PARK was a nightmare to find needs more signage !!! We drove round Tesco car park 2 times ….. about a 40-45 min on the tram into Dublin City centre but ran every 10-15 mins and was 5:40 euro return each adult."
