EXTRAORDINARY!!!!! The flights were cancelled late in Dublin and a number of people came to check in after 9pm. The hotel's staff came back in and they opened the dining room to accommodate all the hungry travelers. Exceptional service. The property is STUNNING!!!!!!! Just absolutely top notch. I felt like royalty.

Staff were lovely. More than helpful. Our driver from south restaurant to hotel was so lovely. The food was gorgeous. I had asked about gluten free for dinner and just wasn’t confident with the reply. Drinks were lovely. Gluten free full Irish breakfast was lovely. Just wish there had of been some cereal and pastries. But there was nothing outside of the fry for gluten free.

Birthday surprise

The stay was a surprise present for my sister’s birthday. Everything was superb. The staff were wonderful, so welcoming and helpful. The hotel and grounds are beautiful.
