"This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"Great stay, we will be coming back over the next few weeks. Shoutout to James who was the reception host who made us feel at home. Lily also was great at organising the stay and making sure all my questions were answered and gave us an early check in. Really pleasant stay - great team of people all round. "

"Easy check in process. We were walked to our room and everything explained to us. Room was well decorated and clean. Tea, coffee and biscuits in room. Bottled water too. As it was warm we had the windows open therefore there was some noise from the courtyard and street. This was quiet between 11pm and 7am (Sunday night). Great quality breakfast with friendly staff. Continental pastries, toast, fruit, yoghurt, etc. Hot menu options also available. Easy check out process. Would recommend."

"The host was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome, very attentive and chatty without being intrusive. Also knew his stuff and the local area.The staff were polite, friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast. The menu was a good mix of traditional with creative.
