"We stayed for 3 nights a family of 10, the outside of the property is in disrepair and looks derelict. The rooms are small but clean, our ceiling leaked all over the bed due to heavy rainfall, staff was helpful and quickly gave us another room. This hotel is very basic and nothing special but we got what we paid for and did not experience any of things mentioned in other reviews. Its close to transport links and a shopping complex 10-15 mins away."

"Very conveniently located for Disneyland Paris. Bed comfortable and staff helpful, however rooms extremely small and the floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival as my feet were filthy within 5 mins of walking on it. I did inform the staff who were quick to come and put it right even though they weren’t cleaners so that was appreciated."

"We have stayed several times. The cleanliness of rooms is generally excellent. The beds are very comfortable. It is very close to the RER and bus station. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. There were minor inconveniences this time including: We had an adjoining room and some of the people next door were very noisy. I also woke up in the night to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This could have come via the air con or under the door to the next room. This is supposed to be a non-smoking establishment and you are asked to pay a E90 deposit to prevent it. The deposit is returned within a day or so. The room was too hot even with air conditioning but this is down to eco laws. I would recommend this for a solo traveller as the building is secure and the area is well lit."

"Arrived at 2pm for check-in and was told our rooms weren't ready. Reception tried calling housekeeping and claimed they were unavailable, despite the entire team being visibly gathered in the bar area a short distance away celebrating a birthday. Not a great look when guests are waiting during the check-in period. 10 minutes later both rooms were suddenly ready. Unfortunately, the problems continued. We booked two rooms and neither had working air conditioning despite outside temperatures reaching 32°C. The rooms were around 26°C, humid and uncomfortable, making sleep difficult. When I raised this with reception at 2am, they seemed surprised despite multiple recent reviews mentioning the same issue. After a poor night's sleep, we were moved to different rooms the next morning where the air conditioning worked, although it still wasn't particularly cold. I was offered complimentary breakfast as compensation, but this hardly made up for paying for rooms that lacked a basic advertised amenity. The rooms appear recently renovated but are very small, poorly lit and have a noticeable musty smell. Overall, the hotel feels much closer to a budget motel than a 3-star property. Breakfast at around €16 per person is poor value. Coffee comes from a syrup-based machine, the hot food selection is limited and appeared to have been sitting out for some time, and there are only a few pastries, cold meats and yoghurts available. You're far better off finding a local café."

"Hotel is well maintained, great if you are with kids as it has a playground where kids can play while you enjoy a drink in the outside bar. There is also an outdoor swimming pool which conveniently was open while we were there given the unprecedented heatwave. Staff is very nice and helpful The hotel is a bit out of the way so make sure you book breakfast with them as you don't have any other options nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is slightly overpriced but given the lack of alternatives, a decent dinner option"

"So this was booked at very last minute and you kind of get what you pay for. It was cheap and it was ok. If the hotel read this, then my biggest gripe was looking out of the window of our room at the glass roof at eyeline with our room and there being thousands and thousands of discarded cigarette butts. To others reading this, I’m sure there are better areas to stay. There was a feeling of probably best to stay in your room after dark rather than venture out."

"We was not expecting the rooms to be brilliant. But what a surprise we had. Yes they are small but not alot smaller than a cabin on a criuse, beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless. They only cleaned them if you asked but for a 1* hotel we thought it was great. We had breakfast included which said continental but they also had some hot items like crepe, scrambled eggs, the boiled eggs you done yourself, tea coffee juice machines. It was perfect for disney as the rer A station is 8-10 minutes walk away which we purchased the week ticket as we were staying for 5 nights and you can just come and go as many times as needed to any rer station. If we go again we will stay again and would recommended to anyone on a tight budget as from disney to the hotel in total was approx 45 mins. Check in and breakfast is all delt with at the campanile which you share their car park @ €10 a night."
