We checked in and they gave us our key very easily. Coming to Disney was super easy to access (2€ each way by the RER A train) and was about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast there as we just went to a local bakery everyday. The town itself is big but seems as though no one is there. Our room overlooked the plaza part, and although they were revamping it, we didn’t hear any noise. Housekeeping came twice with new towels, as we had asked. A/C was okay, around 20 degrees, and our fridge didn’t cool things down, just kept them cool enough so you weren’t eating/drinking warm things, which was a bit annoying but not a deal breaker. Overall I’d stay here again if I was going to Disney, very little to complain about :)

We like this property. This time we had a room without a bath and just shower which we preferred. However there were some rogue hairs in the shower. The room seemed clean and smelt fresh, however one of the towels had lipstick or blood on it. There was no full length mirror/mirrors in room expect bathroom. There was no soap in our bathroom by the sink which should’ve been checked. The staff were helpful and attentive and despite the downfalls on this occasion we like the area and will be back.

This hotel is a very good base for disneyland and if you want to go to the centre of Paris - 5 minute walk to Bussy St Georges station. Has a variety of restaurants outside within walking distance. Quiet and safe - hotel is situated next to a police station. Has free secured underground parkung. We also enjoyed the breakfast! Overall, we had an excellent stay here!

We arrived very late at night but got a lovely welcome from reception. Room was clean and spacious. Easy access to the train station to get into Paris and Disney. On Easter morning the Easter bunny made an appearance in reception much to my boys delight. Lots of choice for breakfast. Would stay here again.

A nice hotel

The people at the hotel were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and complete, although the coffee was bad. The room was ok, and being able to open the windows to get some fresh air a plus, but the mattresses were old and dropped to the middle. Around it plenty of options to grab a bite and very close to the station.

Incredible hotel and staff, highly recommend.

Exceptional service and hotel. 100% recommend for families visiting Disneyland. Breakfast was amazing. Staff so friendly and helpful, especially Manon. Fridge in room is not overly powerful, so they let us store in their litchen fridge and freezers. This was more helpful than they'll ever know, as we have allergy children and really needed to take pack up everyday.

I’m so glad I found this hotel! It was a perfect location for our first Olympic event. Seriously two minutes walking from RER. Our train from London was delayed and so we were 2 hours delayed from our expected time. The lady at reception was so kind! We called from the train station and she reassured us we would be fine! In the dark and rain getting off the train we couldn’t find our way and she offered to come get us! The breakfast buffet was amazing! All kinds of food! Fruit, bread, cheeses! The room was quaint but perfect for what we required this trip! Should we come to Paris again, would definitely make our way out to Bussy St Georges and this property again.

This is a nice, clean and modern hotel. It is right across the street from the train station and only two stops away from Disneyland Paris, making it a great location if you want to visit Disney but not pay the high Disney Resort prices. Staff were friendly. We would stay here again!

I liked this property and had stayed here a few times before. On previous occasions there were issues with cleanliness eg hairs in shower/stained towels but overlooked it. I like the water dispensers on every floor here and have never had any issues with the room other than the ones mentioned above. However on this stay, we came back to the hotel to collect our bags before heading back to the Eurostar as we always do and waited in the lobby. In the past the front desk has been very amenable as we’ve eaten our snacks and even offered us water. However this time the person on the bar came to us and told us we couldn’t eat our own snacks/drinks as it’s a bar and that we just had to sit there. But what was the most unusual thing is in the past this was never an issue and this hotel doesn’t have a formal lobby it’s a 2 in 1 lobby/bar so where are we meant to wait? This bar member had a real attitude and has put us off staying here again despite being really well positioned for Disney and local eateries.
