"Lovely hotel , friendly staff great food ."

"Really pleasant and helpful staff member checked us in and served us in the bar, a credit to the establishment. The room itself was in need of some maintenance and had some odd features (eg cups in the room were too small for the portions dispensed by the hot water boiler..) but was clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay"

"Perfect for what we needed. Somewhere to sleep after a gig for a party of five."

"Great stay - nice and clean and great location 👍"

"Location is excellent, room was very clean and tidy with good views of the river and Pier Head. Staff were very helpful although I am still waiting for a breakdown and receipt for my spending as promised. Bar was excellent and breakfast was very good."

"Really nice hotel in the hip Baltic triangle area. Clean facilities, good, firm mattress, warm staff."

"Hotel was in a great location, car parking was great as it was right next door to hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing."

"The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."
