"Such a unique place to stay. The pub has amazing food; loved getting breakfast in the morning. Everything was super easy. Would’ve loved some amenities in the room for us to store and heat up food, but still a lovely room."

"What a wonderful stay! Just love this hotel, staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble."

"Room was basic but clean and orderly. The beds were a bit hard but good enough for a nights sleep. Lights in the room operated on a timer rather than a switch, not sure why you can’t turn them on and off with a switch to save power, but that seems like a YHA quirk rather than the hostel itself. Staff were friendly and engaging, and facilities were good to make breakfast. There are no towels or soap so make sure to bring basic supplies for as long as your there. overall had a great stay."

"We enjoyed our time in Conwy and at the Castle Apartment very much. The facility was clean and stocked with everything we required for our stay of three days. However, the thing we appreciated most about the listing in the end was its location. We were within a short walk of the Castle, the city walls, the waterfront quay, Plas Mawr, the Royal Cambrian Academy and a myriad of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. "Just returned from a week at The Kendrick in Llandudno. We cannot praise Nathan and his team enough, everything was wonderful and they did everything they could to make our holiday perfect, paying special attention to our likes and dislikes. The Hotel itself is clean, modern and fresh (not like a lot of hotels nowadays that are 'tired' and in need of some TLC). Breakfast was whatever you wanted it to be, cooked, cereals, juices etc and was delicious. The room was spacious and quite cool...

"The bed in room 8 was very spongy. So much so that it was difficult to turn over without bouncing out of the bed! Poor night's sleep. Amenities...bathroom with the toilet so close to the basin you can rest your chin on it! Plenty of room to adjust! Poor value for money."

"The fridge was to close to the bed. Noisey at night. Also the plug to the kettle was too short. When the kettle was lifted up the base would fall to the ground. They also need to get their phone lines sorted,because you can't get through to them at all."

"The beds were very comfortable, but the fixtures in the bathroom could be better. The soap dish in the shower was very rusty and hanging off the wall. The sink taps needed a good clean. I tried using the hairdryer but it hardly had any power to dry my hair and looked unsafe to use as it went bright orange when I turned it on. I did mention this to a member of staff and he said he would bring me another hairdryer but he didn’t"
