"Check in process: the staff was suppose to send me the lock details and room number but did not . I had to follow up with them and get it at the end moment. Room service: There was nothing like room service. I did not even see any staff working there and if I needed anything I didnt know how to contact them . It was pathetic. Cleanliness: It felt clean at the start but later realised the floor was dirty and sheets were dusty. I was sneezing all throughout because of that. And did not have a chance to request for a sheet change as there was no way to contact the staff. But one best thing was that they had switched on the AC and the room was chilling cold when we arrived the room tired and exhausted."
