"The staff here are absolutely the most helpful and sweetest. The hotel is perfect for a boutique hotel. The night life seemed to quite popular as well and right around Fulton market! I definitely recommend.

"My 2 nd time here .Mostly everything went well but there were some questions about the breakfast that was included but was not clarified earlier until I asked in detail (since the morning of the check out date no breakfast buffet was provided and we had to order not to exceed $US 50 per room ) so eventually we ended up not having to pay more."

"This was such an incredible Hotel. Our flights got canceled out of Chicago and I was lucky to find one room available here at the Hyatt super clean. The staff was beyond amazing.
