"Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again."

"We had at first not considered Middletown as the area we wanted to stay, but weren't able to find accommodation elsewhere. How wrong we were! This area and in particular, this hotel was perfect for what we needed after a full day in Newport. The second floor room had a balcony which was an added plus, the room itself was well designed with a sofa and desk, microwave and frig. The bathroom was a bit old and small, but no real complaints can be made. The free breakfast in the morning was great....
"The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was reasonably priced. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom shower and tub were quite old and could use some updating. The door on the back in the bathroom had some water damage and rust on it that was a little gross. "
"Food options limited unless you can drive. They do have delivery to the hotel. There is a grocery store close and coffer vendor. A coffee maker in the room I feel is something that should be offered or in the office. Other than that the location is good. Access to local airport and the main highway is good. Drive to local town is good. Rooms could really use some updating and cleaning detail. Beds were ok. Pillows lacking."
