"Schön und modern eingerichtetes Hotel, Zimmer blitzsauber, Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Hotelbar mit außergewöhnlich gutem Angebot und überraschend niedrigen Preisen. Aus der Dusche kommt sehr wenig Wasser, da wollte man wohl im Sinne der Umwelt Wasser sparen. Das ist aber auch das einzige Negative das mir einfällt. Ich komme wieder."

This is ABSOLUTELY not a 4-star hotel. The room is 2-star level. Location is very subpar also - too far from center of town. Breakfast is OK. Some in the staff are very unhelpful - our AC didn't work for a full day (it was so uncomfortable), yet they first refused to do change our room when they couldn't fix it. Only...

"Breakfast has good variety. Location is right next to the metro station. There is a gigantic Pilar in the room. It's ugly and takes a lot of space. A room like this should be mentioned in the description and offered at a discount. Privacy is also awful. There is no bathroom door. You have a high chance of being seen by your roommate when stepping out of the shower. The direction on Expedia is also wrong. It doesn't take you to the hotel if you follow it on Google map."

"Staff was great. So helpful figuring out check-in and laundry. Laundry is cash/card and about 5.50eu/Cad per load was and same to dry. Drying takes a long time as dryers don’t do a full dry it seems but staff was helpful and then also rooms have a drying rack to finish things off. Rooms are clean and tidy. No housekeeping staff so you grab extra towels/amenities as you need. Lots of spaces to connect - pool tables, tables with chess boards, lots of nice spaces. When we were staying a school...

"The hotel is Brazilian in theme and ownership/management which was cool and a bit out of the old town. Once I got the lay of the land it was very easy and convenient to get everywhere in Vienna The staff were exceptionally friendly and super helpful. Also they provide great coffee like espresso all day long and have a wonderful bar next door They helped me check in early and then held my bag for free after I checked out so I could continue exploring the city before my train departed."

"Nice hotel, great location, didn’t find it noisey. Wouldn’t call it 4 stars though, I had to buy my own toothpaste. The hotel felt dated even though it’s apparently a relatively new hotel. However I would stay there again. Lidl and a good Irish bar across the road."

"Room was very basic and standard, no extras. It was overall fine but nothing extra. Staff was fine, just checked into room but didn’t engage with local stuff or things to check out. Area is a bit industrial and a bit less convenient - few min walk to transit platform which was nice but felt 15-20 min out of town from things. Buffet breakfast was nice and made things easy as there were very few food options around for the morning."

"Pretty basic room. Breakfast buffet was just ok but 20 Euros. Staff at the front desk were not real friendly. No room cleaning even though we were there for 5 days. We checked out a day early but they refused to credit us for the unused stay. Got pretty busy since lots of tour buses used the hotel."
