"1) We arrived at the hotel after 24 hours of travel and all we wanted was a hot shower but there was no hot water. A maintenance man came to our room and within 15 minutes he fixed the problem and we had hot water. We were very happy and impressed with the quick service. 2) On another note: FYI we were surprised that there was no body lotion in the bathroom. Even the cheapest airport hotel/motel supplies lotion. 3) also… we are used to finding complimentary bottled water in the room and were disappointed that there was none provided. Again just an FYI as overall we had a good experience 3)"

"I was here to help my son as he was relocating to LB . Rooms were spotless & stocked well with Beekmans products The staff were so helpful and gracious, I was there a week so they greeted name by name. Reuben , the manager even helped me get my rental car of its parking space after the blizzard! Since it was winter and the pool wasn't being used they made up for the resort fee with $30 vouchers for the restaurant and bar. And the staff there was helpful and wonderful as well. All this and right smack dab on the beach and boardwalk near so many great restaurants within walking distance. I can only imagine how magical it would be to stay here in the summer!!
