"I have never in my life been so disgusted and disappointed. I've had to stay at a truck driver motel room at a truck stop before. My 12 year old and I were in town for a concert. We always book on hotels.com. it was absolutely false advertisement. The place looks like it was furnished in the 60s. It was dirty. There were stains on the chairs and bed. The bathroom was disgusting. The cleanest spot was the floor. The elevator felt and sounded like it was going to break or fall. We got food delivered from from 'room service' and it was $52 for 12 wings. We ate our food in the truck. Then attempted to check out an hour later. The lady didn't know what she was doing. After calling a manager, she told me she couldn't even check me out. Mine you, I had a reservation for Friday and Saturday. They told me I had to contact hotels.com. They gave me a $50 credit after contacting them two days in a row. Told me it was up to the hotel if I get refunded even though I stayed an hour out of the whole weekend. It's literally a crack hotel. It's ran independently and not even a real Days Inn by Wyndham. The health department needs to go in there and shut them down. Hotels.com needs to ban them immediately from sliding them on their website. It's funny hotels.com had a review rating of 6.6 but google reviews has a 2.8. Unfortunately I didn't look at it until after the fact."
