"Perfectly clean, staff polite. However, the property is quite tired and run down. Light leaking around the edges of the curtains. I had a very odd layout of the room with the shower in the entrance way of the room. The sheets and pillows were clean but clearly old. "

"The spa was inviting and the staff very good. Made to feel comfortable and the treatment was great. The pool area was okay and while we did enjoy it we just feel it lacked an intimate atmosphere as was a gym club. Definitely could have done with either drinks service for guests or a bar. "At the price I paid for this I honestly wasn't expecting much but my friend and I had 2 rooms (front ground floor) and they were both excellent, clean and comfortable and I honestly could not fault them. I was worried that because of the rooms position it would be noisy, but no I had a great nights sleep. Position size its about10 mins walk from Carrow Road there is a good pub just across the road and also a cafe. The hotel has its own bar and provides breakfast but I didn't get the chance to use either but the bar looked ok and going on my experience of the staff I met I'm sure the breakfasts will be good. Parking:- there is no car park but street parking is free after 4pm till I think 9am. However if you need to park outside these times the hotel provided a parking permit for £5."
