The rooms are clean and are in good condition, however one main complaint I have is that the hot tub they have advertised in this place doesn’t exist and there is nothing there, the pool is okay but doesn’t seem like it gets cleaned regularly. "We really appreciated the check-in team and check out team! The reception personnel has been exceptional and just for them we will return. Breakfast was a bit of disappointment as the fruit and many other foods weren't provided and as hotel was very full, it all went quick, but other than this stay was great. "

"The staff at the hotel and the location were both excellent. The bed itself was very hard. We did ask for better pillows after the first night sleep and they provided some which were more comfortable. There’s no place in the bathroom to plug in the blow dryer so women have to use a blow dryer in the room where there is not a mirror. Our balcony only had one chair, even though there were two of us in the room and I had to ask for a second chair which they got to us by the end of our second day....

"What a fabulous hotel for exploring Lisbon! It is in the Baixa but is so accessible to almost everything you want to see. The common areas and rooms are beautifully designed and feature many nods to Lisbon landmarks. The breakfast is stellar, with lovely fruit and egg dishes to order. Even though this is a busy street, the rooms are quiet at night. The linens and beds are high quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will look for this brand in other European cities."

"The hotel and amenities were amazing, but the staff made this stay INCREDIBLE. SO friendly and accommodating. My son left a few beloved stuffed animals behind, and the hotel staff found them and shipped them to us at home in the USA within a week! Not only that, they sent us a personalized laminated book where they wrote about the plushies' adventures and photoshopped them into various locations around portugal.
