This was by far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and the facilities were spotless and beautifully designed. I’ll absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I like the view from my room, I need to report that three room that we rented for family were full of bedbugs. We took picture and showed to managers in the morning. Family members were bitten and need to get medical help.

This place was not great. We stayed in the apartment which is on the ground floor. The noise from the rooms above went on all night long. The hostel is right under the flight path of Lisbon airport and the airplane noise is so loud. The room didn’t feel clean and the beds were so uncomfortable. The shower was full of mold. Beds were like sleeping on metal coils. The doors don’t have screens and they don’t provide any fans so it was really warm in the room. We tried to leave early but the manager refused to let us shorten our stay. The location is terrible. There is nothing around within walking distance for food or drinks. You’ll spend a lot on Ubers if you don’t have a car. The people working at the front desk were nice.

Facilities are rundown. Share bathroom were one without paper and plugged up. Two without toilet seat. No soap in the showers. They didn’t rent towels. No kitchen availability. Microwave was broken.

Struttura ubicata ad Almada in bellissima posizione, con meravigliosa vista sul ponte 25 Aprile e sulla città di Lisbona. La camera era senza TV ed aria condizionata, con arredi minimali e molto datati. La vasca del bagno era in condizioni pessime, con muffa su piastrelle delle pareti e sulla tenda di chiusura. Colazione essenziale. Sconsigliamo l'utilizzo dell'auto per raggiungere Lisbona causa traffico intensissimo con costanti lunghe code. Il costo molto conveniente della camera è probabilmente conseguenza di quanto sopra.

Muy sucio y mucho frio

No tiene calefacion solo un radiador muy pequenio con aceite y ruedas que no tiene fuerza para calentar el habitacion y baño ,un frio tremendo en todo el hotel,luz de techo no funcciona ,el techo con manchas de moho y el baño en la zona de ducha el azulejo con lechada lleno de moho tambien el techo con manchas de moho,por 3 noches de alojamiento nunca no se ha echo limpieza
