"I arrived here with my two teenage daughters for our milestone bdays with great expectations for a 5 star hotel, but unfortunately, I do not think the hotel met our expectations. The welcome was not great (maybe because of our skin colour- at least that’s how we were made to feel) and the receptionist ..."
