Everything was clean, quiet and well ordered. The free breakfast was ok, very much a regional version but nothing wrong with that. Location was great for transport links into Riga and free parking too.

Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it.
