"The older person who welcomed us was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. The room was recently renovated, clean and modern. The bathroom was especially nice with new quality fixtures which worked well."
"No food options. No hot water. Only one roll of toilet paper. The bath towels needs to be cleaned better, actually they need to be replaced. The room front door wouldn't close we had to slam it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. No one around to assist you with anything. I rang the office bell several times and no one responded. The telephone in the room doesn't work. "

"Gabriela, Dulce, Yogi were so great to me and my group. Every encounter was so pleasant. Hotel was clean and quiet! If I hadn’t seen other guest I would have thought we were there by ourselves. The rooftop was by far our most favorite spot. We spent more time there than in our room lol and that itself was beautiful because of the space and BIDET!!! 10/10 would recommend people here
