"This was our third stay at the Kings arms in Christchurch, and another enjoyable experience. The Hotel is ideally located in the town and a short walk from the quay. The staff at check in and the restaurant are always friendly and helpful. The rooms vary in size depending on the type booked, but those we have stayed in have always been clean and well appointed. "Spotless. Resupply of milk, cookies and other water! Food fabulous! Just a tad noisy it carries, with bar, restaurant all the one room, no carpet but in the summer I am sure with doors open that would soon be fixed."

"We loved our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel! The location on the water was beautiful, the staff (especially Phillip) was so welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. A charming place to spend our last couple of days in England. Thank you!"

"Parking wasn't too bad in the Saxon Car park, however managing parking for the duration a bit of a faff to juggle without having to top up in the early hours. WiFi was disappointing especially with the cost of a very basic room. You'd expect it to be free as with many other locations. Even though you pay for it, it's very weak, which was a real pain as it kept dropping and you had to keep signing back in."

"Check in was easy and straightforward. We were greeted by friendly staff. The room was clean and presentable. However, it was quite cold. Also you could hear the wind and rain really easily outside, we tried closing the windows as much as possible, but there were some visible gaps still. "My room was very good the staff make this place Harry the assistant manager was very good the food was good and reasonable had a drink in the bar the atmosphere was very good and the regulars were friendly "

"I LOVED this place! A proper British pub, that was so cozy it felt like home. I absolutely loved the towel warmers ( we don't have that in the US) and the Ily coffee in the room with a French press and cookies. Was an extra cherry on top! The bed was so comfortable and felt like I was in the countryside tucked away from the world. I absolutely loved it and would 10/10 come back and stay again! Not to mention the breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Thank you for such a great stay!"

"We paid extra for delux rooms and our daughter’s room shower was running slow. The next morning was non existent so they showered in our room When we said about it when we left they said we should have turned the shower head to make the water run better Our argument is that surely it should be correct before we arrived Breakfast took an hour to come out and was ok Other than that it was clean"

"Breakfast was delicious, easy parking, there’s also an overflow parking on the other side of the road (sister hotel). We stayed in York, room was clean, enjoyed the jacuzzi, however the mattress needs an upgrade. Overall great stay! "
