Staff were very friendly, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, the breakfast staff did a great job keeping food coming and keeping cold food cold and warm food warm, The chocolate waffles were a hit! I was very disappointed that there was no hot tub but after getting over that our stay was very pleasant

I loved the view from my room and the breakfast. The room and elevator could have been cleaner however, I had to use my phone hotspot because I was working on my computer and it was better than the WiFi. Also I could have done without the extremely loud children running back and forth all night just above me.

It seemed clean but I woke up with my eye all itchy and red. I sleep with a CPAP machine, so I had to unplug either the lamp or clock next to the bed. The pool was closed. The staff WAS AWESOME and directed me to the convenience store behind the parking lot and car wash so I could get eye drops. Thank goodness! Didn't want to drive anywhere till my eye cleared up.

They have a smoking area outside and have a breakfast buffets in the mornings. The rooms are clean they could have better water pressure for showers so that could be updated. The staff was very accommodating to my needs. Definitely recommend this place.

Checking in and out, outstanding. Breakfast, room, outstanding. One of the reasons for this hotel was its gym and pool. Gym was nothing compared to the photos and pool area,,,CLOSED. Spent 4 days there. No more.

Good size room, comfy beds, great breakfast! Good location for us, as we explored the Black Hills and surrounding areas. Unfortunately we asked for the room to be serviced midway through our 4 night stay, but it wasn't done. Other than that it was a good stay!

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. If the front desk recommends the Mexican restaurant around the corner, avoid it at all costs - we threw away $35 on the worse food ever - which we had to throw. The facility was what we needed - a clean, roomy, comfortable room with a nice bathroom/shower.
