"In entire townhouse, they heated seriously without considering ventilation. It is even hard to breath if you stay long in the lobby and in the room area. Once you sleep one night, you will realise the consequence of this bad air condition. You can easily feel headaches. I had to seal door gaps with some tapes to survive in the room. Check out is 10AM. "I would say that this space is "ok". There are pros and cons to any vacation rental and this property is no different. The pros are location (fantastic - especially with kids), parking (easy and heated), and cleanliness. However, the fireplace does not work, the building has plumbing issues, and windows are drafty. "Stayed in winter for skiing. Nice room with a view of the mountain. Spa amenities were exactly what we needed after day of skiing. Workout room is one of the best we’ve experienced. "We were at the Vail wine Festival anbd decided to stay here overnight before retuning to Denver. We had a 2 bedroom, my wife and I and a friend who travels with us. We were shocked at the size of the unit. It was huge. Large dining room, big kitchen and double Livingroom area and an outside patio with chairs and table area. The kitchen had every device you would ever want and some you had not thought of. They were arranged impeccably. The bedrooms were large, each one with it's own bathroom. I cannot say enough about how spectacular our room was. "
