"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. "Some things were closed off like the second pool close to the S lodge building. The room was great but had small issues that the staff took care of fast. Breakfast was good every morning except the last day when the self serve eggs were gone and we had to wait for eggs to be cooked. All in all I think it's a great property for a good price to."
