"Sparkling clean room, located close to the main square but still very quiet. Air conditioning which was welcome. Could be improved only slightly by adding a bottle opener to the kitchen equipment and another mirror near a plug outlet, but these are very minor and did not affect our stay, just small points for the management to consider. We loved our little apartment and would stay again if we return to Krakow. "

Natalya and her coworker (sorry I did not catch her name)were on top of everything every minute, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Natalya every morning while she buzzed around the room replenishing food, removing dishes and performing general cleaning. "We stayed 4 nights at the hotel . The location is perfect close to everything only 3 min walking to the main plaza a lot of restaurants close by .Kate at the front desk did an amazing job. "We stayed in Room 336 with balcony. Well appointed room. Very comfortable, facing the inner courtyard and peaceful. Room was well looked after, provision of tea, coffee and complimentary water. We didn’t realise the water was complimentary until we checked out, but lovely gesture. Loved the fragrance of the hotel as you walked in the main doors, immediately relaxing after a long flight. "Location, location, location! This hotel is very nice and is in the perfect place - just minutes walk from main square with St Mary’s Basilica and just seconds from Florian’s gate and the Barbican in the opposite direction. Staff was just fine- didn’t need much from them but they were happy to call taxis when needed.
