"This property looks nice but in reality is in awful condition. Our first room there was a sliding door out to a patio with 2 chairs. However, when you went out there it was filled with trash and there was a broken door leaning against the wall. It was disgusting. Later that night we tried the TV. The Tv didn't work. Tried calling the front desk, but guess what? The phone didn't work. Tried calling the front desk from our cell phones. All we got was a message saying they couldn't answer the phone. Went to the front desk. They acted like we were crazy. They sent a maintenance person. He was helpful. He said this room is on the do not rent list as they are working on the issues. He went to the front desk and got us a new room. We packed all our stuff up and moved. Room 2 was also in disrepair. The dresser door was off the hinges. The bathroom barn door was not completely attached. The toilet when flushed made a loud screeching sound. By then it was too late to ask for a new room. It was one of the worst hotels stays I've ever had. I'd NEVER stay here again. t check out they didn't ask how the stay was...they knew."

"I hated I had a suite with no microwave, and the way the pictures where taken I’m thinking the suite is split but it wasn’t the bed and living area was together for 400$ wasn’t worth it."

"The breakfast was fair. The muffins were "tough", the chicken sauage was a hockey puck and the bananas were disgusting. Looked ok on the outside but the inside was always brown and mushy. One waffle iron was broken so waffle lines were super busy and long. You maybe need some better options. The breakfast staff were all nice and pleasant. "

"The hotel staff was very helpful in allowing me to check in early due to my flight landing earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated. The other reviews speaking about the train being loud, i truly didn’t experience this. However, my room was on a higher floor so I heard the train go by but it wasn’t loud and definitely didn’t wake me up out of my sleep. Something I wish I would’ve known before hand was that this hotel doesn’t have a pool. My hotel room was clean however the shower in the bathroom was not. Also, around 8am I needed more towels I was told by the front desk that the cleaning staff wasn’t there yet and that I could come down to the front desk to grab them unless I wanted to wait for them to arrive. These are all just things to make mental note of when booking here. Overall, friendly staff and great views of the city from my hotel room."
