"The room had a balcony with a panoramic view of the Loch! We sat out there every day/night sipping wine and enjoying the beauty of the Loch and the surrounding hills. A 3 minute drive to the quaint village of Luss and the local shops and restaurant made this hotel the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spacious with easy access to the beach and the restaurant served excellent food! We definitely would stay here again!"

"The place is well located and that ends there. We arrived got shown the room and give the keys. No instructions at all. No big issue. Then we started to look around the room and realized it's not been cleaned for months. Unfortunately I cannot add smell to the review but it wasn't pleasant and full of dust.
