"What breakfast…?? There was no breakfast available despite you stating continental breakfast available. There was a kettle in the room but no cups to drink out of …no tea / coffee / milk/sugar …so the point of a kettle is ..? "

"The hotel room had everything you would need. The bed was huge, The bathroom was quite small but was adequate and was in good condition. The breakfast was great and had lots of choice. The restaurant was spacious and clean. The location was fantastic. Right opposit the castle walls and kist about 4 mins walk from the Princiipality Stadium."

"Check in easy enough, greeted by a hoover blocking our door with all cleaning products just dumped outside, had to move all to access room, thankfully no one was in there. Noise of lift can be heard in room all night, windows were mouldy and had so much condensation that there was a puddle on the ledge below. Brought these issues to the hotel after leaving and no response to any emails or phone calls"
