"No desk clerks, it’s an online screen with a kiosk. He is in another country. No real person there. Rooms were redone and looked nice and clean. The breakfast was horrible nothing but carbs! Nothing hot or fresh… disappointing for the money it costs."

"The front desk person was not friendly and seemed annoyed when we checked in and did not give us any useful information, such as when I could expect the deposit back or how to connect to the wifi. I called the front desk a dozen times to try to switch rooms because neighbors were yelling until 3 am the night before. Their phone rings and rings, and they never pick up. Their email also does not work. When I was finally able to go to the front desk, they were unable to switch our room but were able to tell us the people left, so we should not be disturbed again. Rooms are nice, but the sink pressure is way too harsh. The door is difficult to lock and unlock. "

"This hotel needs an upgrade. Terrible pillows and all suites have queen size beds no king. Staff was nice . Pool was not too clean and seating was worn. Breakfast was ok. The rooms were kept clean however housekeeping did not clean room until 5:00 pm!"

"Very comfortable set up with fully equipped kitchen. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Would be great with more parking spaces and shower power very low. Maybe specify times laundry is available for guests and seperate designated time for staff to do laundry maybe daytime when most guest are out. Enjoyed the stay. "
