"I enjoyed my stay here tremendously. Samet is a great host. He will help you with all your travel needs. Anything you want, you just need to ask.
The hotel also has a great location. The view can't be beat!"
"This older family hotel is situated in a unique position on the outskirts of the pyramids. From the dining/roof terrace you overlook Khufu pyramid. On waking in the morning the view of the pyramid from our balcony was magical and atmospheric with calls to prayer. The breakfasts were basic but more than adequate to start the day, with good coffee. The staff were always friendly and very helpful and we would not hesitate to stay again."
"The hotel is good and view is breathtaking so I can say best view in Egypt during my stay the reception was amazing and trying to make us happy as much as they can do and also they helped us to tour in Giza and it was good so generally I can say recommended"
"It was my best decision when planning to visit Cairo, the hotel is in front of the Giza Necropel, very safe and with excellent service, you can book it with your eyes closed."
"First of all, the view from the room is amazing. The view from the rooftop is also amazing. We brought our own dinner and enjoyed the light and sound show. The refrigerator is especially noteworthy; it can make ice. It was very popular when we walked around Giza. This is a wonderful hotel."
"I had a lovely stay. The hotel is in good conditions and very close for the pyramids. The view from the rooftop is amazing, they don't have a restaurant but you can order food and just eat it there.
The staff is very nice and really helpful.
Great quality for money. "

"The hotel is beautiful and run by helpful, friendly staff. The 24 hour bar with a view of the pyramids is fantastic but Giza it’s self held very little charm. "
"The hotel was excellent. Everything worked at the staff was excellent. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at.Khalid, Mavin,Shahd,Fares,Abdullah,Rwan,Youseff,Nema,Omina, Ayal,Rouof,Rafet,Madam,Azaa. They were all helpful and on my birthday. They gave me a cake and balloons, and I was so surprised and thankful for the staff at the hotel. They were all wonderful to me."
"The staff here made this such a delightful place to stay, especially Mustafa who went above and beyond to help us. They always said this is your home. So friendly and welcoming. The view of the pyramids is exceptional and the sphinx and just a couple of mins walk to the entrance. "
"We got the continental breakfast with delicious bread, fruit and homemade style jelly. The pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect to freshen up."
"The hotel is satisfactory, offering a pleasant view of the pyramid, and the room was tidy. The food is acceptable, although the complimentary breakfast leaves much to be desired; however, it is 'FREE'.
The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating throughout our entire stay. Special thanks to the team that made our visit to Egypt remarkably effortless.
Omar Reta, the hotel manager, assisted us in booking a four-day tour and went above and beyond to help us with a special request to return items I purchased from one of the stores. He even came to the hotel on his day off.
Mohammed Hamad, our driver, was exceptionally pleasant and always responded with a smile, never saying 'No'.
Memo, our excellent tour guide at the Great Pyramid, shared his extensive knowledge about the pyramid with us. He is a very intelligent guide, as far as I can tell.
Hasam, our tour guide in Alexandria, demonstrated a deep understanding of the location and the history of the great Alexander.
Overall, my wife and I were extremely pleased that we made the trip to Egypt and had the opportunity to meet these remarkable individuals.
I am grateful for everything! An effortless 5-star service!"
"In Egypt for business and booked a room with a view of the Pyramids as the only criteria. I was pleasantly surprised by this new hotel. The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area is overlooking the Pyramids. Front staff was very helpful in organizing transport for my meetings. I can only recommend this hotel and its friendly staff and I will be back for a vacation with my family at this same hotel again. "
