"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. "Great hotel right in the rice patties. Has a wonderful pool. The restaurant is excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with everything. Even set up transport for us and a massage for my wife in our room overlooking the patties. Highly recommend for a quiet peaceful getaway "

"Absolutely loved this hotel, sadly only stayed a couple of nights. The location is stunning and it's the perfect location to relax by the infinity pool. The food at the restaurant is amazing too and there is happy hour between 5-6pm every day with delicious cocktails that can be enjoyed by the pool. "Loved my villa with private pool. The room was spacious, only thing missing was a kitchen then would be complete for long term stay. Lived the private pool great to go swimming any time i want. But i did encounter tons of bats flying over pool in last night which scared the life of of me. Needless to say i cut my swim short. The dining water fault was helpful but i still had to go get my own. Hated that the transportation promised was not true, no drivers. The one day i did go to the storei...

"This is the second time we have stayed at OK divers. The rooms are very clean, spacious and good value with breakfast included. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are well priced. Location very convenient right next to the main ferry departure jetty for Gili Islands. This time we also did a few fun dives and diving services also very good. We will be back again."

This includes in room service, spa services and cleanliness. The staff is really professional and helpful. We had booked a four bedroom villa with pool access and it was a superb experience as our family could spend great quality time together."

"We loved our room, felt like an escape! Swing and private pool, treehouse…like we were kids again just enjoying the time and each other. Also, a very helpful and kind staff, great bfast delivered to us every morning, wonderful atmosphere all around. Tip: as they say, it’s wise to have a Driver booked ahead of time for your activities. If you use grab, drivers will try to get you to cancel and pay them with cash… That’s our experience at least. So just be aware."
