"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. "Absolutely loved this hotel, sadly only stayed a couple of nights. The location is stunning and it's the perfect location to relax by the infinity pool. "The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful serene hotel in the heart of the rainforest. Our villa had an infinity pool which was beautiful and the outdoor hotel infinity pools were also phenomenal. We couldn’t get into the spa as it was booked out but that would have been excellent too. We had an amazing time at this resort and the service was phenomenal. "
