"Really clean and modern rooms with the perfect amount of space. I especially loved having a balcony. The location was excellent, very close to a bus stop, which made it easy to get around and visit different places. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. In arrival the staff were downright rude. Snapping orders at us “passports” and “pay now” without a please or thank you. They don’t like the fact we asked to look at the room before payment. The room they allocated was at the front on a very busy and noisy main road. I asked to be swapped which they did - to be fair this wasn’t an issue for them. Breakfast was a different matter entirely - very poor. Bland cereals - rice crispies or coco pops. Not tea...

"The air condition was effective and life saving, as we arrived during the 3rd heatwave to Benidorm. Saulo, the multitasking receptionist was amazing, he succesfully tried to get all we asked for. The property was very clean, and in good condotion. The bed's mattress was just perfect (I am having problem with my lower back as I served 7.5 years in the army). "Nice apartment in the centre of the strip, very well placed providing you are a heavy sleeper like me. The apartment is well equipped and the staff are very friendly and helpful. But as mentioned my room faced The Beachcomber club that does not finish until till 8am some days and plays music at very high volumes. But who goes to Benidorm for peace and quiet or for that matter sleep!"
