"Property and people were great and very grateful to the hotel front desk to give us a room on the eight floor with easy access to the gym which is on the eight floor. The only issue (if I were to point out one) was a bit of leakage in some spots on the eight floor. Not sure if this was due to the pool on top or the monsoon season or both. "Tv was not working and staff was not coperative. Didnt give towel and showers are not working. Left the hotel after 2 hours and take room in nearby hotel. Overall terrible experience."
