The food at the all-inclusive was not good. A lot of the fish was out not cold. The refill on the food that was available to eat was not refillable for some reason or another. I understand they have to use recycle cups, but I think we got some kind of bug so we had to leave early because we got sick.

Even though parts of the hotel is under construction and other parts are a little run down, this is a relaxing spot for families at a great cost. Customer services is great and the view is amazing. Very close for a walk outside the hotel with shops and restaurants to visit.

The resort was very clean and the staff were friendly and amazingly helpful. Our room was clean and had a great view oc the water and mountains. There was a lot to do during the day as they had an entertainment team who were all getting involved in the activities. This is our second time staying here and we would stay again. Thank you.

Liked the open bar and 24 HR cafe. Did not like pool. Did not smell like Clorox and my son got an eye infection from the pool. I was told they don’t clean every day due to the rain season. Saw dirty used tampon hanging from pool ladies restroom. Water park was not working. They said under construction but never saw any construction. I mainly booked resort because of water park for kids. Rooms need to be updated. Beds are old. Furniture needs to be updated overall.

We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. Hospitable, but not in your face, helpful when asked. The serving staff in the restaurants seemed to not understand good service gains better tips, we just started tipping in the beginning of the meal and things rolled smoother. Aside from that, the food was 100% good, and authentic as we have come to expect from Puerto Vallarta, the view was very impressive, and the proximity to everything was very good. I would stay here again, maybe brush up on my Spanish though as it is popular with locals as well.

I had the most pleasant and courteous staff during my visit. I had to make some changes and they were very accommodating. Lupita and Diego were very professional and helpful at the front desk but truth to be told, everyone I encountered, from housekeeping to the restaurant staff were very polite. Thank you!

The kids pool with multiple water slides was great! Our 3 1/2 yr old spent so much time there and had a blast. Overall the food is okay, the main buffet has a variety but lack luster. The lunch time snack shack is very basic. If you’re a foodie avoid this resort otherwise it’s fine.

Great facility and extremely friendly helpful staff. My only complaint is that the elevators were slow and they were working on a third elevator bay. The sleeper sofa also doesn’t pull out into a bed, but we did just fine and had an amazing time. This hotel is in the hotel zone, which means you’ll have to uber to the Romantic Zone for most sites and tours. It’s best for families, if you’re a couple traveling I would stay closer to the Romantic Zone.
