"This hotel is a great 'home base' to explore Madrid. It is right beside several grocery stores and across the street from a subway station. Taxis are plentiful and available 24/7. The front staff are multilingual, friendly, and helpful. The room is larger than many in comparable places in western Europe, and (most importantly) the AC worked very well. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance to visit Madrid. Highly recommended!"

"Very clean and great staff. They were very accommodating, when we showed up asking if we could have a room next to our friend, it was not a problem and they even gave us an upgraded room to accommodate this. The location was amazing, very close to everything and the pool was an added bonus in the heat. Will definitely stay here when we come back!!"

"Great location, close to the Gran Via, but not as crowded. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious, great variety of food and everything was fresh. And the bonus, the Rooftop, amazing views of the city and as a guest you have priority sitting, it was worth every penny!"
