"Unfortunately the restaurant was closed something that we were not told when we checked in. The bar food consisted of a 5 item menu only and food was not allowed to be taken to room. The area has no other restaurants within walking distance. The room was excellent but the facilities that were available were very poor."

"My wife tried to pay through what she thought was your official website but it was an American site pretending to be the GoTo site. Luckily she had paid cancellation rights and was able to get her money back, including the American agency fee of about £80, and I booked it through my card directly with your website. This was very irritating, being an excessive agency fee which was somewhat difficult to cancel , and the fee was not obvious to my wife. Otherwise the hotel was fine."

The prices were extortionate for where it is, way more expensive than Kent on par with London. The biggest miss sell is the tv. It is advertised on Expedia as a 55” smart tv. "This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

"Owned and managed by the traditional Bull pub. The loft was behind the pub carpark - very convenient. Ever your car registration at the bar. Room was spacious warm clean and tidy with basic kitchenette. A had a good deal on this room, but at full price it's still excellent value.Make sure ou visit the pub. "

"It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. A little bit of noise at times, it's student accommodation, but not too noisy by a long way. I recently stayed at the IBIS in Bristol and that was far noisier. Would happily book again for a short stay."
